It is not written anywhere in the bible that those who enter into heaven gets married. In-fact I do believe that marriage was instituted by God for the purpose of replenishing the earth.

In response to the question asked by the Sadducees about the woman who was married seven times in Matthew 22:23-32, Jesus replied "You are in error because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God. At the resurrection people will neither marry nor be given in marriage; they will be like the angels in heaven."

So Jesus tells us clearly here that when we resurrect, we will be like the angels in heaven and we already know that angels don't marry.

2: Can a Christian lose their salvation?

Answer: No, a Christian cannot lose his/her salvation because once you truly repent and accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, then your salvation is secured since its given to us as free gift. However, if a Christian continues to sin, then that Christian did not truly repent.
